Hi Team,
Yesterday I travelled along with my wife from Chikhali, Dist Buldhana to Pune.
I have booked tickets online via red bus where I found Sangeetam Travels two busses at 9 & 10 pm from Chikhali & I
booked tickets for 10 pm bus when I reached at boarding point I came to know that bus comes there at 10.30 pm.Then
when bus passes 2-3 Kms another passenger comes in & told that seat number 23 & 24 belongs to him & person from
Sangeetam travels also told that he has wrongly taken me in his bus, as there is another bus names as Raj Travels do
booking with the name of Sangeetam travels at Red bus site.& ask me to come out from bus at Mehkar phata where
security issue was there at time was 11.15 pm also I have my wife with me. I also ask him to wait until the Raj travels bus
comes but doesn’t do that & kept us there & went away. There situation at that time was not secured for ladies passenger
& due to Sangeetam travels agent & there personnel at bus me & my wife was at risk last night.
I hereby think red bus who are taking booking of Raj travels in the name of Sangeetam travels are responsible as well
Sangeetam travels who left us helpless there were also responsible & they should be penalized on the ground of ladies
passengers security as near by beer shoppe was also there hence you can imagine what type of situation was there.
I request you to take strict actions against these two companies as they are playing with passenger’s life.
