Real Estate Fraud – by omega city kotputli by decent colonizers

I have booked one plots of Decent Colonizers in their project named- Omega City, Kotputli, Jaipur Highway NH8, Behror (Raj) with agreement of assured return @ 12% p.a. for two years. In past 30 days, I have been approaching this builder for either delivery of project or refund of booking amount (60% of the total cost made as down payment), but builder is claiming Raj. authority is not approving projects in this locality (whereas other builders like Grand Sephare and launched and delivered 2 project in the same vincity) and hence forcing buyer’s to switch to his another project which is actually 8-10KM inside from NH8, on request of refund, he is offering Post-dated cheques for principal amount that too for Mar –july To manage & escape from this scandal, he has hired another person as Director in this company, who is signing all PDCs rather than (Mr. Java) MD & owner of the company, so that no one can file any complain against him. Poor people like myself are feeling helpless and scared of losing our hard earn money . This has putted family’s in big mental trauma and shaken my financials like anything. I know many more people are also struggling with this builder and few of them have jointly regisered an FIR against this builder. Please help me to fight this case with such a big builder and guide me to take necessary steps
