I have booked Flat in Raunk City located in Kalyan ( Phase III) and as per agreement entered i supposed to get flat in June 14, however due to slow down in Work i still not got the possession of flat. Further, as discussed with staff of builder, Flat will not get ready uptill December 2016.
Please take suitable action against this builder.
