I have booked three tickets of rs.1240 from Hyderabad to bhadrachalam on 31-05-2018, the amount got debited from my account and payment was successful and i have got e-ticket bearing ticket no: 1400025648912, service no was 34330 and the passenger details were also provided.When we want to board the bus, our details were not appearing in the chart with the driver.on Enquiry we came to know that our tickets were not confirmed.I haven’t received any email or message confirmation.My payment id number is 103855538.I demand you to refund my money as soon as possible.
