1. I’ve raised a request on 15-11-2015, but yet no action from them.
2. It’s very difficult to reach their customer care (1800 123 3113) as the response time is too late, also if it’s connected then the call will disconnect automatically after 5mins.
3. Customer care executives always try avoid transferring the calls to their floor supervisors by giving stupid excuses like they are in meeting, they are not available, they are not in this shift etc.
4. No specific time for resolution.
5. Sent emails to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], but no response. Hoping no one is monitoring these mailboxes.
6. Called many technician numbers (8939869024/66/49), but no one is picking my call.
I am approaching them since last 10days, but no action yet. In fact fortunately I spoke to one of their floor supervisor (Vijay) and he committed me that the issue will be resolved by 21-11-2015, but it’s not. Now it’s very difficult to catch him.
One of the fraud and irresponsible organization I have seen ever. Pls do not opt their services.
