Online order was placed for 3 items but recd only 1 item that too after a delay of 10 days. Remaining order never recd. Calls went unanswered and emails were not replied. 2 months have passed but the refund has not been processed as yet. My appeal to all those who read this is that never place a pre-paid order for online shopping. Only use the option of CASH ON DELIVERY and better would be to never place order with untrusted sites such as PURPLLE.COM
