Dress Material Quality is not gud

Hello Sir/Madam,
We are regular customers and purchasing Textiles in Pothys for more than 15 Years.
I purchased a Chanderi cotton dress for 1800 Rupees. In my first wear itself, I found print got faded in Underarms. So I didn’t wash it, I gave for Dry cleaning. now I could see half of my dress is faded. I didn’t expect this kind of quality for such a expensive dress.
I expect some positive response from you people.
