I purchased a saree on June 01 2014 from the site pothys.com for an amount of Rs 1,795.00. The amount is deducted from ICICI bank and it showed succes ful transaction and said redirecting to pothys.com. But finally it showed “Error encountered”. My money is deducted from ICICI account, but I do not see the order in the Pothys account page.The ICICI transaction details are: BIL/000597576644/neenu/POTHYS.COM-B
FA1 Dr. 1,795.00 . On calling the ICICI bank, they confirmed that the transaction was successful and they gave the transaction reference number as CCABF2ETR657. I called Pothys customer care for online department, also emailed multiple times to [email protected]. They are not responding even once to my query, and not even telling what went wrong even after giving them the transaction reference number. So far I didnt not get my money back. I don’t know if this is a online fraud from the company as they are not even responding to my query.
