PortaMart – No Response

I have placed order ID. #156349 on 12.12.2015 for Micromax Canvas Doodle 2 internal battery and I paid Rs. 799/- through VISA Debit Card of Corporation Bank. After placing order confirmation mail has sent from PortaMart on 12.12.2015. Afterwards no mails / messages are sent from PortaMart. After 1 week on 19.12.2015 I have called customer care call center, the they told that “The product is out of stock, it will be cleared on Monday (21.12.2015)”. Again no mails / messages are sent from PortaMart. Now on 26.12.2015 I again called customer care call center, they said the same reason (Out of Stock). I told them “please refund my money”.

So, please take action on PortaMart Online shopping portal. I think they don’t have any products.
