Hello, This is Sameer Kaginkar . I have ordered “Micromax Canvas A1 AQ4501 Battery” . Order ID: #161320 Order Date: 26/12/2015 price : 355 I received it on 04/01/2016 but it is defective / not working condition . The battery is last till 45min only and suddenly dischargerd fully . Also it is not properly fitting inside mobile . So i want to return this product and need refund. I have mailed them on “[email protected]” They told me that they will contact me in 24-48hrs. But I donot receive any mail from them . Please tell me what to do now?
