Hi I booked a xolo 1x black flip cover on date13.12.2015 on portamart . My Order no. Is 126767. Online payment was confirmed on same day.However, it is still not dispatched, but order is showing confirmed. Even there is no option to replace order or refund the money. No response from customer care no. and no reply to my mail. I am very much dissatisfied with your services. Pl take immediate action against my complaint. Regards
