My self Aloke Saha was appointed by populace innovation pvt ltd on 15th sept,2013 i have worked for this company till 5th nov,2014 & they have not provided me my appointment letter.Then they have ask me not to come office.They had paid 7500/-as September salary on 10th oct’2013 by bank transfer to my bank a/c.But They are not paying my salary for the month of October. .They have issued a cheque of 15000/-(HDFC no:000156) on 18th’nov 2013 dated 22nd nov,2013 from their company a/c. but when i submit that cheqe in bank a/c bank told that the cheque is stooped for payment when i ask them the reason they told enough fund was not there.After that several times i have communicated with them via call or sms but every time they are giving false commitment.
And now a days they are not responding to my call or sms.
They have several office in kolkata 1. P/39 pricep street,Near Chandni metro station,kol-72
2. poddar nagar,jadavpur,kolkata near south city .
