cheating the people

sir you are cheating the coustomer from the beginig. how means you are asking us to pay on line to have discount but we dont have option to pay.
then you are asking us to give Rs250/- as processing fee. what process you have done, exept cheating the peoplr by givingwrong materials. even you dont have a courier to take the material back.
after all this type backlogs you are not confirming us to give money back. you want to keep my money in your wallet. that means you want to cheat me continuously.
even in second time if i found your material as not good i have to loose courier chrges and your Rs 250/- processing charges again. so i found that you want earn money with processing charges, not by deliverying goods.
so i want my money back to my account as soon as i returns the goods. please confirm.
