Policybazaar.com – Mental Harassment caused by Policy Bazaar

I had paid for my car policy, however after the amount was charged the portal popped up a message ‘ payment failure’. Post that I got my policy done offline. Two days later I get an update with the policy cover note . I approached them with the issue and they said they will cancel the policy once I submit the offline policy details. I have already submitted my documents long back and now its been over 2.5 months. Every time I approach them they say the underwriting team is working on the request. Below is an extract of the last communication: From: “Sonali Pal” To: “Motor-Post Sales” Sent: Tuesday, 22 December, 2015 4:49:01 PM Subject: Re: Fwd: Re: Sonali Pal, Booking Application ID: 27545742 Hi I have been waiting for the response fir the past 20 days. Can you pls update the status. It’s been close to 2.5 months that I have been chasing you guys. Kindly let me know the status n the escalation point as well. Regards Sonali Pal
