Dear Balaji,
Yes. I would like to join hands in filing case against Plethico Pharma for non payment of Fixed Deposit amount.
By the way, I registered a complaint with Ministry of Corporate Affiairs few days back. They “closed” the case with the following remarks:
Prosecution filed under section 74(3) vide case number 1627/15 dated 05.03.2015 and for further information you are requested to approach Chief Judicial Magistrate at District and Sessions Court at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
