Have also faced many complaints in Besant Nagar Pink Gym. Before the payment the trainers attitude is different. And after they don’t seem to bother to come and help us out on the training schedule. Pretty rude at times when we go and ask for help. And the washrooms are not clean. If we mention there is highhandedness.
The higher management of Fitness One should share the complaint numbers to address these issues.
