company does not return bond money.

The above said company has done fraud with many students,
PIE INFOCOMM PVT. LTD. is doing fraud, this is a fraud company, they are taking sign on 1 year of bond and security money of amount 15000 rs.
Company Hr Head vijay kumar jaiswal extending the date of joining from last 5 months, he not ready to return my money not even ready to give me training / job
They are not returning my money ( Actually not mine only, I know many of students who have same problem )
The bond money is absolutely refundable.
And the bond agreement is done on legal court paper so there is no chance of doing fraud.
Sir, first of all I would like to inform you that the information you have given is absolutely wrong. Your joining was on 18th July but you have not submitted all your documents. You have been a failure in submitting the documents due to which your joining was not done but the company Considering your future, the company again gave you the time of 18th November, you joined it and after 15 days of observation, you failed in the exam. You had not submitted any kind of assignment due to which the company has excluded you as per the document. Which was mentioned in the offer letter in point 7.1, if you are not cleared in the observation then the company will not return the closed amount to you strictly and if you want the closed amount back then it is written in the closure letter which you would have received from 1st July to 18th July. You will get it in between but you did not do any such thing
