Peram Whitefield project

For a plot in Vizag Peram Whitefield project i have given advance and its been more than 2.5 years and they have not allotted the plot that i was promised for. I have called them and also visited their office multiple times but nothing positive.
They simply do not inform you though they got L.P numbers just because they sell off them for premium prices to others and push you to take left over plots somewhere at the end of the layout.
I am tired of them and also i have no idea what to do now, i am in kind of shock. Please help me
