i have placed order of Redmi note 5 pro on paytm , they deliverd wrong product after returning the product i have provided my neft details to paytm , but now 20 working days has been passed but my refund has not been credited to my account . i regularly contact customer care but they always says my refund will be credited shortly no time line given , i am feeling harrsaed by this company
