I am Pankaj Kumar Singh from Karnataka. I am an user of online shopping at paytm (registered number is 9449874082). I ordered a product (order no: 1433502714) but received product was different from ordered product. Hence, I returned the product address provided by paytm but address given by paytm customer was incomplete. I contact paytm customer care regarding issue as product is not being delivered. The asked me for courier details which I provided to them and assured me act accordingly to collect the product. But, they didn’t act anything and its 11 days that product has been not collected in spite of calling them again and again to collect the product and refund my money. Finally, product has been returned back as I found in courier track details. Now, paytm is asking that again send this consignment when you will get the returned consignment. However, one can not say that what will happen next time. Hence, I need my money back and paytm collect this consignment from my house as I don’t want to keep returning again and again because of their irresponsible services.
