Paytm – Money has been deducted but still the recharge is pending

Hi this is Jagreeti Singha. yesterday i.e 07/04/2017 through Paytm wallet I want to Recharge my jio number for rs303 but the amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet & the recharge has not done still its showing “pending”. So i send a message to paytm customer care regarding this issue & the revert back to me with a mail which states “Kindly wait for 48 hours as your operator will keep trying to update your payment. You can also choose to cancel your transaction from the ‘My Orders’ section of your Paytm app after the next 48 hours of your transaction time. ” So when I am trying to Cancel my order thrugh paytm but could not able to find the cancel option, So please tell me step by step how can I cancel my order, My order no is 3040800343. & please let me know if I cancel my order I get refund my money? in this link its alos mention that if recharge not then refund has been done https://blog.paytm.com/what-to-do-in-case-of-a-pending-recharge-4dc45307fa77 I want refund my money
