My Partener India Marriage Portal – No response and fake promises.

My name is Vaibhav Sharma. I took a membership from MyPartenerIndia, Sahibabbad branch for my elder brother on 26-Dec-2015. At the time of registration they make many promises to us. Like better match, 30 proposal per month etc. But after submitting fee their behaviour got drastically changed. Previously they called my mother many times in order to take membership. But after taking it they didn’t entertain our phone. Infact they talked to my father very bluntly, specially their executive named Neha. I lodged a complain in their customer care but didn’t receive any response. I am also attaching the receipt. I don’t know what to do in this situation. So if you are the right person then help me out. Thanks in advance
