Panoramic Holidays Ltd in one big unprofessional company where they run a business of cheating innocent people by selling membership of Holidays. I was working with this company for almost 10 months, salary was not on time. They have not re-newed their Shop & Establishment Act, they are not paying provident fund as an employer on time, they have not re-newed their relevant license. They are making their employees to wait for salary for 2 months and when an employee leave the organisation, his/her full and final settlement is not settled for more than 1 year. They are not following all the compliances as per Labour Laws of Maharashtra. My full and final settlement is not done yet and whenever I call, concerned HR is not picking up my call. Its mental harrassment and I am still waiting for my full and final settlement and my last 2 months salary.
