i had purchase HP printer 1005 with the order no. :- 100017723 the dt. 14-3-2014 bt still i hvnt recevied this product, every time i call them they said tht the product is not shipped because of the some problem and give us to some time we shipped your product after 3 to 4 days.
last time i talk then he said we deliverd your product april 1st week with 100% surety. now i m worried because i paid 9989rs.
please help me.
