Dear sir/madam
this is to bring into your notice that we had taken a seven days holiday package from Palmarinha Holidays on 13-4-2013 from EDM Mall {Anand Vihar}.the validity of this package was one year.we had paid Rs 15000 for the package but we were given only two days package at Manali after this we sent number of mails for remaining five days holidays but they did not book.then we went to their office Kalkaji Delhi for the same.they promised us to book our holiday for remaining five days bit after sending many Emails they did not book. Since they were unable to book our holidays we requested them to return our money. but they refused to pay our money back.That is why we are filing a complaint against them in order to return our money.
