padmesh travels – Bus authorities carelessness

My name is sharath and last week I had booked a ticket from redbus.com from Thrissur to Bangalore on Sunday, April 5 2015 . My ticket number is TH5469523332. The complaint is against Padmesh Travels as they didn’t take me till Bangalore. As we all passengers were traveling, the bus was caught by the cops and the bus driver was asked for the tax papers(which he didn’t have). As I asked the bus driver what going to happen he said that he can’t go ahead without paying the tax penalty. The driver had no cash with him to lay also and he said till tomorrow morning everyone has to stay there. The very next I had an exam so somehow I had to reach, so I got into some random bus and reached at Bangalore. Now when I ask Pedmesh travels for a refund of my ticket because of the inconvenience they made, they are saying that they can not refund me the cash. I would like to have my ticket 1599INR back from them as I did not travel in that bus.
