At the time of booking and prior (Jun-August 2015) of the property discussed With Marketing,as per them we can submit written letter for any changes inside the flat few days before the construction of the wall of the said flat. If there is no technical issues (like basin location, water line etc.) then those will be implemented.
After booking I collected all property related documents with addition cost from Marketing team, that includes the sanctioned plan of the property.
I was always connected with them to know the date of construction of walls. According I have given a letter along with the revised plan regarding the changes(shifting of walls and few others w.r.t the sanctioned plan) I needed on 18 – November 2015 few days before the actual construction on walls of the said flat.
At that time on words I talked to the engineering team sitting on site.
But of my surprise, I came to know(verbally) that no change request will be incorporated as this will result in non-compliance while seeking Completion Certificate.
As discussed with Marketing team They came to know for the first time after accepting the change letters from all the interested buyers that in corporation area sanctioned plan can’t be changed.
Now I came to know that there will be no Loft in the flat, which is originally part of the sanctioned plan that I collected from Marketing team,
Then for the last one and half month I am asking for a written copy from the Project owner regarding the the possibility and reason of the change or decline reason. Every time i connect him , I get to know, he has informed the higher authority but not getting any replay from them.
Moreover I didn’t get the contact number of the Higher authority wither from Marketing team or Technical team , as per them sharing contact of the authority is restricted.
Till then I have neither received any written copy nor reply to my email from the marketing team or builder.
