overnite express – no send my document

i renew my iffcotokio policy at 21/12/2015. company send msg to me tha your policy document has been dispatched via overnite express bearing pod# 8495604051.. if still not delivered within 4 days, pls free to call on 08588811221 to enquire about ur package msg date 28/12/2015.
i check my track movement that my parcel received ahmedabad overnit exp. i call above no. and local branch no.but no received my call if received that no give my answer. still date 24/2/2016 i have no document. what i do ?
