Respected sir,
I am Yeshwanth, frequent user for ORR.
This is to bring to your notice regarding EXIT NO 16 (Towards Banglore NH, Shamshabad)
I have been frequently experiencing HUGE traffic lined up at exit no 16 (not less that 1.5 kms)
and it takes around 20 min for us to clear the Toll payment and proceed.
This situation is not for any single day but almost every day majority of time.
Toll prices have shoot up and still we are forced to experience such situations and we have found no complaint register
at Toll plaza to record.When contacted Toll Manager replied that the issue is out of his hands and forwarded your mail id.
Kindly consider the issue as priority and solve problem.
