Onlinestation – Damaged product delivered

I ordered a genius nicer dicer plus from onlinestation on 8/7/2016. I received the product on 20/7/2016 by Indian Post and payed Rs.1199/- by cash. When I opened the pack i noticed that it was a damaged product. When I tried to contact them, neither the phone number nor their mail id is not working. Could someone let me know how to catch hold of this fraudsters.
