Online Shopping – Non-functioning product

I purchased a Revlon RV544 Hair dryer from Flipcart. The product was scheduled to be delivered on 24th of October, 2015. But the same was delivered on 05th Nov. 2015. There was no mention in the product specification that it runs only in 110Volt not 220 Volt (which is input voltage in India). When I tried the product, it was not functioning. I conveyed this for more than 5 times to customer care.They initially gave a service center name and address (Zeb Care). When I enquired with them, they told that they do not deal with Revlon. Next time customer care gave me a customer care no. which does not exist at all. On 17 th of December, 2015 I again call your customer care regarding this. This time the lady (Leena, employee id not given even after perusal) gave me wrong information that my purchase is not covered under warranty period. I checked the product information again and saw that it is there.

I will request you to return my product or give me service of the product
since it is not at all functioning from the purchase time.
