Online shopping fraud – Car Tyre

Sir, i have placed order on 5th feb 2016 for car tyre set of 4 through online website www. tyreonwheel.com. for the amount of Rs. 8449/-.through icici credit card with the option of 6 month EMI. But i have not received any receipt or transaction ID. At the same time, end of process display of receipt on that page shows Rs. 0 in the column of payment , along with message, receipt has been sent to your mail id. I got shocked after seeing payment column. So i have checked credit card transaction to confirm. Total amount has been deducted and also the amount was converted to EMI on 7th feb 2016. So i tried to contact tyreonwheel many times. But only recorded voice heard that all executives are busy call after some time. Then i contact custumet care of icici credit card customer care regarding this issue. They said tyre company claimed your amount, try to contact to get the money back. Otherwise block your card for safety. So i blocked my credit card now. So please help in this to get money back. Thank you
