OneAssist – Not getting my phone repaired

I have purchased an insurance scheme for protection of my mobile from M/s OneAssist,which is a service provider and provide insurance on behalf of m/s National Insurance company, Accidentally my mobile got damage,and I report for that to on 23rd March, firstly they took lots of time (3rd May) to pick my phone for get repaired.in the mean time they didn’t provide me any other mobile for use.i suffered a lot.now when they picked up my mobile they told me that your mobile repairing charges is Rs 12158.While I had purchased this mobile in Rs 11999.which is not possible,because it wasn’t so much damage.then as per National Insurance company it comes under the case of beyond estimated repair charges and they have decided to pay me Rs 7199 and they will retain unrepaired mobile and now requesting for send original mobile bill.which is not acceptable for me.Because Mobile has same value for me even right now.My concern is that I did not purchase insurance plan for sale my mobile with their said rate and it is going to past two months from which i am suffering.i request you to take action against both companies (M/s oneassist and M/s National Insurance) and get me my repaired mobile back with charges that I am suffering.
