Froud company nd order placed not received, no contact number or replying to emails

I have placed order on 4th Sept for 2 sarees through their site onevisonery.in nd made advance payments. Since 20 days ,even after someone many reminders I have not been able to receive any confirm details about my ordered sarees for delivery date. Even I tried their contact number which some called on the day order placed, however it seems this number is not in service. I tried several times but in vain.
Looking to the number of compliments, It seems ,this is fraud site and cheating customers. I request consumer forum should find out and make them punishable.
