Om Sai Interior – No delivery of order

Hi, I have ordered sofacumbed from ‘Om Sai Interiors’ 9 days back. They have committed that they will deliver immediate next day but after lots of followup also they are not delivering my order items. My order numbers is 507. One of their representative tells that order is out for delivery and will reach within an hour so we should not go out and wait for the delivery but actually there is no one out for delivery of my order. They just waste our time and not letting us go out and make us wait aimlessly. Next day they will say that we did not get my order bills or they do not have order what we have ordered etc… Now they even stopped attending my calls even. I request you to please punish them for their mistakes. Thank You, Ramesh
