The sofa was delivered on 17/11/2018.
When I try to clean it and I notice there was defects on the sofa and Call led OM immediately and so said will take back the sofa and repair and will give a replacement used sofa for the time being. I do not accept it and require for full refund and they are not willing to provide full refund.
