Ola Cabs – unethical behaviour of ola cab driver

I am a regular user of ola cabs. on 2nd may 2015 I booked a cab through app from inorbit mall pune, I got the confirmation details with CRN79872316. I called the driver mr Shashikant(8698272648), after receiving the call he asked me the destination and when i told him the destination he told me that he will not get return passenger so he will not go. When i told him that its his duty to go he told me he do not care for anything. As it was too late in the night and i was having a patient with me, i was totally tensed and was not getting what to do now. Finally i had to search for an auto after 2 hours waiting. From now onwards I recommend anyone not to trust on these private cabs. I am consulting with my lawyer and will file a case shortly against ola cabs, pune and the driver which was assigned to me
