OLA CABS – coupon accepted , but later on asked to pay for whole ride, also coupon not returned.

I HAVE REGISTERED IN OLA CABS! I GOT A COUPON OF RS.200 FOR FREE RIDE , I APPLIED IT AND IT WAS CONFIRMED THEN ON WHEN I COMPLETED MY RIDE THE DRIVER ASKED ME TO PAY THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF RIDE. WHEN I CALLED UP OLA ! COSTUMER SUPPORT THEY SAID THAT WE HAD NOT ACCEPTED ANY COUPON FROM ME, MOREOVER THE COUPON I USED WAS NEITHER USED MY ME NOR RETURNED BACK FROM ME . I HAVE BEEN FOOLED UP AND EXPLOITED PLEASE HELP!

    i have travelled from Ahmedabad air port to Godrej garden city Ahmedabad dated: 17/10/2017 morning 1.07am. Cab no.Eeco GJ27X2106 and OTP no. is 1762. but i have not received bill by mail ([email protected]) so pl. can you send bill by mail.
