This complaint is against the fraudulent activities conducted by the website ttp://www.nownaukri.com.They are claiming they have lot of job opportunities abroad and they can directly connect to the companies and help people to get hired. These naukri.com team giving fake promise of service and looting public’s money by not providing any service. There are many victims got in this trap (of Corse I am one among them and I shared my experience below).
Initially from nownaukti.com team, I got call from Mr Jatin (contact number 7668376678) who continuously disturbed me about explaining your services, followed by my call transferred to Mr Rahul Kanna & Arjun Kumar (contact number 7505676678). Finally Mr Pratik Kapoor -the General Manager Operations (contact number 8303776678) who finally forced me with big promises of your service…on 26th December 2015 I made payment through ICICI net banking online payment link to nownaukri.com against promise of service (Order ID NN004) for amount Rs.43,789 (towards various services through my ICICI net banking transfer viz.. Resume broadcast, live interview preparation, Designer resume development, Dream job finder, social media profile and verification services)
It has been more than 5 months since I paid money for services and not even single acknowledgement and I never been attended by above mentioned three personals (nownaukri.com team) in phone calls. Both customer care numbers (180030101575 & +91-1168888061) mentioned in their website no response at all.
I even wrote notice to email ID’s mentioned in their website and no response at all. Later, I come to know that this company doesn’t make any such service and just trigger people to make your revenue by giving fake promises to public. I am within my rights to request a refund for a fake promises made to me and services not provided after my payment.
Now these fraud team of people giving calls from +911133542700, +915223328500 phone numbers, I request public not to attend calls from such fraud “nownaukri” team.
I seek a legal opinion on this matter so that people like me seeking employment opportunities through this fraud Recruiters will be careful and shall know their right to protect their consumer rights. I can be reached at [email protected] anytime to discuss this complaint.
