We asked about applying for a tourist visa to Ireland, and were told that the processing fee would be Rs. 20,000.
All payments were made via a Google app, and the needed documents were delivered by mail.
Through their former employee, Ms. Deepika Agarwal, we received a payment acknowledgment in June.
However, a mail for cancellation and refund was issued after a short period of time because we had to withdraw the application for personal reasons.
The manager of Novaturient visas in Bangalore, Mr. Amar, was informed of the same by mail.
He responded that the return for the same will be completed along with his financial team.
We waited the allotted time, but when we called Mr. Amar, he told there would be no return.
