NORTHERN RAILWAY – wrongly cancellation Train No. – 54485 and changing time train no. 54482

Dear Sir,
We make this complaint against cancellation of Train No. – 54485 (Haridwar to Rishikesh) for passengers shortage, but as per my RTI information by railway (RTI Latter No. Comml.RTI/Uttam/MB/331/15c dtd 06.07.2015, passenger of between these station is travelling 700 MST holder passenger par day this is only MST holder passengers and other passenger will be extra, reason of passenger shortage is not checking of tickets by TTE and the time of this train 5:40PM is not suitable for MST holder it should be 6:15 as per last time of this train. All passengers facing problem of heavy traffic.
And changing time Train No. 54482 without any information of time this train 8:30 to 8:55 but this time is not suitable for any worker witch is working of private company
Kindly look in this matter and help us for saving time and money for all MST holder and other passengers
