I am akhilesh kumar had been booked a 01 x steel box weight-49 kg at parcel office jammutawi railway station for Jhansi on 16 March 2015 as per luggage ticket no.434064, PNR No.253-0048826, but box not reached till date. due to this i facing too much problems,please help me as possible to reached my box to jhansi rly stn.
