Hi,
I placed an order for a game on the website www.nextworld.in and on the same day placed a request for the order cancellation . I paid for the order through internet banking an amount of Rs 1449.
Its been more than a week , and even after getting a confimation through email that the order was cancelled and the payment has been refunded , i have not received the money back into my account and nor have been there any updates / follow up from their website as both the mentioned numbers on their website do not work.
Can anything be done in this case
