Net4 india Ltd – Non Refund of FD Amount

Sir,
Deposited Rs Fifty thousand in non cumulative scheme of Net4 India Ltd. My FD No 2944. The company gave post dated cheque for matured amount. Same got matured on 21/4/2014. The cheque got bounced, statiing that the account is closed. Once contacted to the Company, they asked to return the cheque and promised that a fresh valid cheque will be issued shortly. I have returned the bounced cheque to them. 05 months passed the company has not issued any pay order to refund the matured amount of Rs Fifty Thousand.
Will some one guide us to get our money back from the Company.
