Neesa Leisure – no refund of principal and interest

I Naresh Asnani & my wife Deepa Asnani have not received interest cheques, and the principal cheques also have bounced. the FD’s matured on 11/11/13 and instead of repaying the company extended the FD’s for 6 months on their own. and sent us cheques for the principal. the cheques for the pricipal amount too have bounced. Kindly suggest what action should be taken. Should a FIR be launched against the directors of the company???? This is daylight robbery.
