Neesa Leisure Ltd – Principle amount and interest on FDs not received

Invested 3 lakhs as FDs in Neesa Leisure. They have not honoured their commitment. The cheques have bounced. One FD which matured on 20 Dec 2013 was unilaterally renewed for 6 months. Have not received the principle amount and interest for it. For the second FD which matured on 01 March 2014 no information has been received to date. For most of us investors we have put in our hard earned money and are dependent on the interest especially a retired senior citizen like me. Enough time has been given to the company to make the payments. They have indulged in malpractice and have cheated us by perperating this fraud. Let form a joint forum and take action before the company declares itself insolvent.
