Dear friends I’m a doctor from Andheri.
Our Andheri medical association a doctors organisation from Andheri organised a tour to Eastern Europe in the month of may through Neem holiday .we booked our tour in the month of February through AMA.The package was around 80,000.00
Almost 160 doctors from Andheri enrolled with the tour & paid entire money before the tour.then Neem people showed their true colours.
1.We had lots of trouble for visa.No one was there to help us for visa.Few people got their passports on airport just before the check in time.they were running like a dog on da day of flight from embassy to VFS office & vfs to embassy .few people visas rejected as Neem didn’t provided sufficient documents for visa.few passports were lost by Neem holiday people.
2.When we arrived to Munich on 1st day of our tour we realised that the worst was waiting for us.
The hotel was pathetic.it was not a three star as it was committed.
3.We got up next day morning for city tour but the bus broke down from morning.the driver informed neem holiday earlier night about the break down of bus,but neem holidays were least bother as they were in mind that they have got full payment from us & our sightseeing or holiday is not important.they didn’t arranged the bus & our sightseeing started at 3 pm.
4.they took us to same Indian restaurant for lunch were we had dinner earlier day,food was same as it was earlier day .due to short notice to restaurant owner just gave us what it was prepared earlier day.even hotel owner was frustrated with the coordination from Neem.
5.we were shown all sights from bus windows only.
6.Same day we were taken to Vienna.the driver was pathetic.we reached Vienna in night at 1 am.there the Indian restaurant which was pathetic & stinking.we were given a packed food.it was pathetic.children slept hungry again that day.
then we were taken to the ibis budget hotel .we been committed 3star hotel when we booked tour.the hotel was like a lodge in some town.stinking like anything.the Air conditioners were not working.no room service , no intercom , no wi fi.
7.the next day the breakfast was even worst.only bread & beef.again kids & vegetarians were hungry.
8.on 3rd day the same story repeated.bus broke down again.our one group started day tour at 2 pm.sight seeing from bus again.
9.dospite so many request to Neem holidays they took us same Indian Indian restaurant in Vienna where who got packed food.
10.after lunch we been taken to Budapest.in Budapest the driver lost his way.we had dinner at 1.30 in night.our children’s were without food.crying & hungry.ultimately slept without.
11.we have been taken to hotel Berlin where we are going to stay next three days is worst than the government college hostel room.
At reception when we were scolding the Neem tour manager for tour operation then some man mr sanjay came from Neem holiday side & started abusing our female colleagues with bad word.
Dear all we are still on tour & more worst is going to come.neem holidays office & owner mr Agarwal are cheater.they don’t bother once tour is booked & full payment is made.
In entire tour you will get pathetic food ,no drinking water, dirty stinking rooms.there will be no sight seeing.at the end there will be frastuation , irritation & anger.ITS not HOLIDAY but HORRIFYING DAYS
