I had ordered two cotton kurties from vienaa.com, a site i came across on Facebook for ₹960/-. I received a parcel which confained two cheap quality sarees which may be worth not more than ₹200. Its a fraud site and the number (7096843003)mentioned on the package is not reachable. I sent an email at [email protected] and got no response. The address mentioned for return is 56, Ganga Park, Yogi Road, Varachha, Surat 395010.
When i opened the parcel and called the courier guy to stop the payment to be credited to the consumer account. He said he can’t tk the packet bk once payment is done but would raise a complaint. Delhivery was the courier company for this COD parcel. Really disappointed, the invoice no is QASWWE24217. Request please help me get this sorted. All those who come across this site please donot get fooled into ordering anything from there… they r fraudsters. Help if you can
Hi i ordered a Gown from the site vienaa that my mom came across on facebook for 750/-. I received a parcel that confined a green colour saree that won’t even cost more than 200/-. It’s a fraud site and i even tried to contact on the no given but it says it’s not the company no. My order no is 44435. Please help me get this sorted. Help me if you can.
