Fake product delivery

I have order online one saree which was shown on Facebook…..when I order the saree…and when I got the delivery is surprizing for me…its just simple plane cloth which can be folded as paper..when I am submitting request for refund every time getting new request…but there is no response on mail from anyone on status updated.
upon calling the customer care(Looks like FRAUD Number)–8249406219–which is Guajarati Guy.. asked me to give me credit card and Expiry date I gave only CC Number , but Expiry date dint….then he asked to download the BHP AP through which he requested to PAY the amount of 9999 instead of crediting RS 599 to my account. upon details he was saying Rs 9999 is an his Account balance ….after when I said I am going to file police complain he disconnected the call immediately…..completely Fraud this sight…don’t buy anything on this sight.
