national electrification works – no payment against credit purchase bill

My complaint is against M/s Alfa deal pvt limited, a very leading electrical contractor with their office at kedy shopping centre, bellasis road, mumbai, name of the director : Masood kader are not making my payments since 12 months agaisnt purchase of electrical materials worth 2.5 lacs on credit for their project in tata reality complex, at baidyanath square, nagpur. Said firm’s executive met me through a reference of a person whom I knew, started dealing with me since 1 and half year back for their project in nagpur. initially they gave all payments well as per promise. but later on after gaining confidence stopped making payments. i have to collect my dues of 2.5 lacs against my bills. i have filed suit under section 138 and alos lodged police complaint of 420 at nagpur police station. this is to inform all concerned to be careful with this firm in dealing on credit.
